Activity 2: Chinese Art (15 minutes)

2. Highlight elements like brush strokes and traditional Chinese characters.
3. Guide students to create a watercolor painting using simple brush techniques inspired by Chinese art.
Activity 3: African Art (15 minutes)
1. Present examples of African art, like masks and textiles with bold patterns.
2. Explain the cultural importance of masks in ceremonies and storytelling.
3. Allow students to design their masks using construction paper, markers, and scissors, emphasizing the use of shapes and patterns.
Conclusion (5 minutes):
1. Have a brief class discussion where students share their artwork and what they learned about each culture’s art.
2. Optionally, create a classroom display showcasing all the students' art from various cultures.
